30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including any protective films, bags, or boxes.
- With all original tags and labels still attached.
- You must also provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 313-706-9536. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right, which may include arranging a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
