Order Processing Time

At kovel.top, operated by Peder Russo, we are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. No promo code is needed; the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your packages safely and efficiently.

International Shipping (US & EU)

Kovel.top is proud to offer international shipping to selected countries within the United States and the European Union.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Please Note for International Orders:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these potential charges.
  • We are unable to mark international orders as “gifts” to avoid customs duties.
  • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, and any re-delivery fees.
